(a.n. hey guys just another story for my grandma Benz)
Once upon a time, there was a lady that liked to knit. She knitted an entire house out of wool and it even had working appliances.

She often went out to her garden and looked at her flowers. She loved their beautiful smells. The petunia's and the lilies of the valley's and the roses of red - all made her happy. She also liked to pet her cats and feed the birds.

But, she was lonely. She decided she wanted to see the world. So, she knitted herself a plane. She knitted herself a bi-plane! It was a one-person seater and all she would need to travel the world. She gathered her flying gear and some food and her knitting supplies. And of course,  a cat.

She started up the preflight sequence. She flew down the runway and took off. She looked down, and she saw that everyone looked like tiny little ants. She flew to France and to China and to India. She made a pit stop in Hungary for some snacks and fuel. She then saw London from the clouds. The lady flew to Italy to get some spaghetti and meatballs.

She also flew to Antarctica to see the penguins. But, she also got chased by a polar bear!
Then she went home and had a nice cup of hot cocoa. The lady went to bed and had a nice dream about spaghetti eating polar bears and tea drinking penguins! When she woke up she went outside to water her petunias.

The End
(a/n hey guy's so how is it please let me know. I hope you enjoyed and I shall see you next time. Peace.)

Chapter 1, Part 2

Grandmama's Adventure

There was a knock on the door. Grandmama went to answer it. She opened it and there was a blast of cold wind. She saw it was a neighbor.

The neighbor inquired if she had read the news. Grandmama asked why?
The neighbor stepped aside and Grandmama was flabbergasted to see snow! In the middle of Florida! In the middle of summer!

She went outside. A snowball flew right at her face. She dodged it, but it hit her favorite vase.

She wondered who would throw a snowball at an old lady? She looked out to see - nothing! She also noticed that her neighbor had disappeared!

She went back to her house and closed the door. Grandmama was a bit confused. She went into her small, private library, (3rd door to the right) and found a book on snow ghosts. There was only one entry. There is not much known about snow ghosts, so there were a lot of empty pages. This is because the usually live in the Arctic.

The entry was named Snow Poltergeists. The entry stated this was not really a ghost, just poltergeists that cause snow.

"Helpful tip with dealing with Snow Poltergeists: Spirits such as these hate water. A tool used for getting rid of these is a water gun. The reason they turn water to snow and ice is a mystery. Plasma packs will work in a pinch, or after you use water. BEWARE: There are goliaths - there are snow golems that are reanimated by undead specters."

After reading this, Grandmama got a water gun at the ready with boiling hot water. She also loaded her proton pack.

She went outside and was instantly attacked by a goliath! Goliaths summon ice. Grandmama accurately hit the snow golem where its heart should be. It melted instantly!

She wasn't done yet.

She was suddenly surrounded by 2 more snow golems and 5 poltergeists and 1 specter! She has never seen this many apparitions in one spot! Except for the aquarium, of course.

She easily took down 2 golems and a poltergeist. When suddenly, a portal opened! Somebody popped out. He had seriously blue eyes. The color of ice and snow. He looked around bewildered and said, "Oops, wrong dimension!" And popped back out.

By the time Grandmama was down to the last spirit, she was out of water. But, she remembered her proton pack and blasted him back into the shadow realm.

As soon as everything thawed, she found where the neighbor was. In a snowman!
When he finally awoke, she thought, he thought, that he was Frosty! Because once he woke up, he said, "Happy Mothers Day"! And then he said, "Happy Birthday!" And then he went marching north.

Grandmama went back inside and got a nice cup of hot cocoa. She was really cold from fighting the snow ghosts. Luckily, her flowers didn't get frost bite.

She went to bed and had a nice dream.

When she woke up the next day, she found a package at her door....but that's for another story.

Narrator out. PEACE

Author's note: And there it is. A chill-ing story. I added a little reference to another book I'm writing. Hope you caught it! I think I'll add that to my 4th chapter.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, GRANDMAMA!!!

Dear Rosie and Connie –

My name is William Carl Benz. But, Connie probably already knows that. I am Donna Redmond's nephew.

Now, what do I write. I like to write! I write fictional stories for my blog.
Lilly Anastasia Benz is my sister. She's sending you some stuff she made. Her thing is origami. She says Hi!

I don't know much about you. But, I'd like to make you a little happier right now. So, I'm going to attempt to write you a short story. Just for you, Rosie.
Here I go!

Once upon a time, there was a cat who HATED water. It hated water so much, that it stayed inside. That is until it met a flower. The flower said hello to the cat from outside the window. The cat mewled hello back!
The cat identified the flower as a rose. The rose was a beautiful white rose. It was the only white rose among a bunch of red roses. She stood out for her kindness and purity.

Now, the cat loved to play in the house. It played all the time, with anything it could find. But, it was lonely. It was so, so happy when the rose said hello. It literally fell off the window sill! Ouch! That must have hurt.

The cat was ready to venture out into the garden to meet the graceful white rose.  But, it was wary of the sprinklers around the garden. The cat wondered…..what could it do so as not to get wet? Hmmm…..

The cat looked around the house. Somehow, it found scuba gear that fit it like a glove!

The cat put all the gear on. The cat ended up looking sorta like a fish. But, it didn't care. It was going to meet his new friend!

The white rose was watching all this time. It smiled. It was so excited that the cat was coming out to meet her.

The cat, surprisingly, found a doggie door! It slipped through the door and went outside. Now, this was the cat's first time out. But, it recognized everything in the garden that it saw from the window.

He was half way there when the sprinklers turned on and the cat was in the open!!!

The wet suit helped but the poor cat had to run through the garden and then he hid behind a bush. It just so happened that it was the same bush that the rose lived on!

The cat looked up and was happy that he found the flower. He jumped for joy. The cat was not even afraid of water anymore.

He and the flower became best friends and they lived happily ever after.
THE END.

Author's note: So, that's the story. I hope you enjoy it. Can you guess who the rose is? And who was the cat? Every rose should have a friend like this cat, willing to jump through water to become better friends.
Love and hugs,

William Carl Benz
