May 29, 2014....#2 for today

Well....this was sorta cool...I'll explain what it is at the bottom. It'll be short. I want to play a game. 

We drew this. Cool, huh? It's on our picnic table. We used chalk for this. See the smiley face with the blue and black eyes - the one that Mom drew? Right about in the center? The square above it - I drew...I did more than that. And you see the bottom right corner??I also drew that. The only rule was to cover the whole table. We even have our initials in the middle right - aligned with the eyes. Look for it! Look for MB, WB, MS, MW and BS.....

May 28, 2014 Hotdogs!!!!!

Me going to Xavier's party!

As you know, Sunday I went to Xavier's party. AND I SLEPT THERE ALL NIGHT!!! YAY!!!!! It was actually pretty fine! We watched the Avenger's movie with Loki. We played outside for a very long time and went inside for snacks here and there....At the end of the day I stayed in and had an Orange Crush, some Doritoes, some regular chips, and some pretzels. I had cake! We didn't play any specific games. Xavier and I just ran away from his big brother when he tried to ambush us. Yikes! I got to sleep in my new sleeping bag! I have a new sleeping bag. It was comfy, but not as comfy as my bed. Jeesh! I was forced to sleep on the floor because Xavier and Simon hogged the couch. (Talking about food, I'm hungry!)

Moving along....

This is for Uncle Ken.....We had hot dogs - his favorite kind! We cooked them on the grill. I didn't eat mine until the next day when Momma fried it in butter...YUM!! I want more!!! 

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM....

I went to fencing on Friday. I won a bout against Keegan! But, I lost against Coach on Tuesday. I was a bit flippity and Coach wasn't gonna give in......

I went to ballet today! Nothing new, but we worked on our end of year dance. I'm excited about it!  If you're not busy, come see me dance. The end of year show is June 8th at 3:00 at the Nichol's school in Buffalo. Lilly will be dancing too. But more people will watch me. There's only 2 boys that are under 10. Pretty cool!

This is my Sister Megan. She had to do a cold water challenge for charity....she's crazy...musta been cold!!!!

I'm almost done with math for the year! HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!! I have 5 things left to do. In English, we worked on idioms - I had to finish that module...One of the ones I worked on was, "let the cat out of the bag" - what if I actually let a cat out of the bag?? I'd make an idiom come true! By the way, it means to spill the beans (another idiom) which means to tell a secret. I used an idiom to describe an idiom! 

Ok, that's all I have on my mind right now.

Memorial Day is a people in the wars. Everybody should remember that first before they picnic and party!!!!!! 

Hey, guess what?!? I'M GOING ON A SLEEP OVER TONIGHT!!!! YAY!!!!!!! Awesome, right?!? It's Xavier's birthday party. He's a kid from my old school. He's nice. I remember I had a huggie accident last year at his party. Don't want another one of those.....My huggie that I was drinking spilled on my pants - thanks to the big kids.....

Guess what happened last night?!? I LOST MY TOOTH!!!!!! It was so unexpected! UP HIGH, DOWN LOW, TOO SLOW!!!

Well, there will probably be an update tomorrow...

Today I swung on the swing. My mom pushed me high up. I went very high but I did not fall off the swing.

I did more programming today after my normal school work. I made a dish of ice cream and colored it by programming it. I even put a cherry on top with a stem!

I went to fencing today. We reviewed parries, lunges, feint disengages, press attack and beat attack (the usual). We did not go over anything new though. We did electric fencing too and I won 4-2 against coach.

OH and my dad ordered me an electric foil all my own. It should come in a week.

We did not go to Food Truck Tuesdays at the Larkin Square because it was raining but we will go when my grandma-ma comes into town next month. She wants to see me fence and then mom and Lilly can meet us there after Lilly is done with Dance. The burgers from The Roaming Buffalo are DEEEEE-LISH! I get them with Sharp Cheddar and Ketchup! They are a little spicy but I LOVE them. The fries are good too.

did you guys miss me?? You know why we haven't blogged in awhile?? Cuz I haven't been listening very well and we've been really busy! So, enjoy this blog!!!!

Today, I did some programming lessons in Khan Academy. Pretty cool! Here's a pic of one of the things I did....I turned a regular face into a crazy face!

Tomorrow, I am going to learn how to color in this stuff! I'm excited!!!!!!

May 8, 2014 Babies!!!!!

Here's a picture that might surprise you that's in our backyard. They just came out of their shell.

Those little pink things are baby robins!!! The blue things are eggs! Did you like the suspense?!?

The eggs are in our backyard on the back of our basketball hoop! Aawwwwwww!!

They are just so cute! We also have orioles! Their orange breast looks shiny. Their beak looks a bit yellow. I wonder what their eggs look like....let's google it! Here's a picture of what their eggs look like: 

They don't even look real!

Here's a video from Youtube. Mom and I put out an orange and some strawberry preserves for our orioles. Mom said that catbirds will eat the jam too. The video has a woodpecker eating the orange. I think they are having lunch.

Yesterday, I helped Mom make meatloaf. I touched raw bacon. Ew....But it made it taste good. 

It tasted GREAT!

Everyday I make improvements to my fort. I made a rifle station. And today, I put a little wall. Pretty cool, huh? And Daddy just set up his tent. Maybe he could sleep in my bed tonight. I'll be in my fort.

May 6, 2014 Strawberry fields....

Last week, I did the strawberry DNA experiment. It didn't work out quite right. I think the strawberries weren't ripe enough and I couldn't mash them well enough. We're gonna try again. 

It's supposed to look like this - THIS ISN'T MINE!!!!!

We went to Beauty and the Beast last week! The special effects were AWESOME!!!! 

You should have saw them! The lightning was cool! It could send shivers down your spine! 

Don't mind if I'm fuzzy.....

I made modifications to my fort. The modifications were putting my desk chair in front of a piece of my bed, putting my big blanket over and making it pug proof by fortifying it (because my sister's pugs are with me). Today, I worked in there. It was nice and quiet. I put my Dad's computer underneath the chair and the mouse on the big pillow. It's not a real mouse. It's just something you navigate the computers pointer with. 

Me and my Dad went to Spiderman II! You guys should see it. It was the coming of 2 of his enemies. Electro and The Rhino. No more spoilers!
